The Blues remain top of the URSB Premier League table after securing a narrow 1-0 victory over the Reds in their recent clash on 15 June 2026.

The match was decided in the 33rd minute when Solomon Osele found the back of the net to give the Blues all three points. Both teams created chances, but the Blues held firm to record another clean sheet and strengthen their position in the standings.

After 18 games, the Blues lead the table with 30 points from nine wins, three draws, and six losses. The Reds are in second place with 21 points after winning six matches, drawing three, and losing nine.

The race for the Golden Boot remains exciting. Barham of the Reds continues to lead the scoring chart with 10 goals. Allan is second with six goals, while Ham, Bryan, and Carlos have each scored four goals for the Blues. Patrick Obwon has scored three for the Reds.

At the back, the Blues continue to show their strength, having kept five clean sheets compared to the Reds’ three. Their solid defence has played a big role in helping them stay ahead this season.

With the league edging closer to its final stages, every match and every point will matter. The Blues will be aiming to keep their lead, while the Reds will be looking to bounce back and reduce the gap at the top of the table.
