Under her stewardship, URSB has continued to implement reforms aimed at improving service delivery, strengthening institutional systems, and promoting transparency in business registration and intellectual property administration.
The recognition places the bureau alongside other national institutions led by women making meaningful contributions to Ugandaβs governance landscape.
Recognition of URSBβs Registrar General as a top influential leader further amplifies the bureauβs national standing, attracts stakeholder trust, and validates URSBβs commitment to effective, results-driven governance under capable leadership. The feature aligns with broader national efforts to promote gender inclusion and leadership in public service, particularly highlighted during celebrations of International Women’s Day.
For URSB staff and stakeholders, the recognition serves as both a point of pride and a reminder of the bureauβs continued responsibility to deliver high-quality services that support Ugandaβs economic and institutional development.
