As the country continues to celebrate women, preparations are underway for the URSB Women’s Day Celebration 2026, set for 26th March 2026.
The event will take place at the Uganda Business Facilitation Centre (UBFC), 1st Floor Cafeteria Area, starting at 7:30 AM. Staff are encouraged to turn up in black and gold as they come together to celebrate the role of women in building stronger institutions.
Ladies from the UBFC Offices, Georgian House, and TREP Officers from the Central Region will gather at the main venue for the celebration. At the same time, regional offices, together with TREP Officers across the country, will mark the day from their respective stations. They will join the main event virtually, ensuring everyone participates equally and stays connected throughout the celebration.
Held under the theme “Empowered Women, Stronger Institutions,” the event will highlight the impact women continue to make in driving change and breaking barriers. Activities lined up include a photo session, an inspirational talk, an awards ceremony, and a networking breakfast.
The celebration will also be one of recognition, and connection, as URSB brings together its teams to appreciate the contribution of women staff and strengthen unity across all offices.
