URSB Showcases Services at Marketplace Leadership Conference 2025

The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) actively participated in the Marketplace Leadership Conference 2025, held from October 13 to 18, 2025, at the House of Revival Church in Kampala. The leadership conference brought together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to explore ways of driving sustainable growth, innovation, and ethical leadership in Uganda’s business sector.

URSB’s participation followed an invitation from the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, recognising the Bureau’s critical role in promoting business formalisation, corporate compliance, and intellectual property protection. The Bureau set up an exhibition booth where participants received information on business registration, Intellectual Property services, and company compliance, key elements that support enterprise growth and sustainability.

The conference, held under the theme “Dominion Mandate: Moving from Ordinary to Extraordinary,” offered a platform for institutions like URSB to directly engage with the business community, answer questions, and build partnerships aimed at creating a more formal and innovative economy.

Through the exhibition, URSB highlighted its ongoing efforts to simplify business registration processes and promote the registration of creative and corporate entities. Participants commended URSB’s outreach as timely and essential in enhancing awareness about legal business operations and intellectual property rights.

URSB continues to support entrepreneurs, faith-based initiatives, and creative professionals through continuous sensitisation and collaboration, helping build a more compliant, innovative, and competitive private sector.
