Best Dressed: A Whole Tropical Runway & The Drip Was Illegal

If you thought URSB events were all files, forms, and formal wear, think again. The organisation casually woke up and chose Hawaiian vibes, turning the end-of-year party into a full-on tropical fashion parade that would have influencers scrambling for styling tips.

The drip? Unapologetic. The confidence? Borderline criminal. The vibe? Straight-up Hawaiian.

In the women’s category, Lorna Nakiwu came through like a princess in her sky-blue long two-piece outfit, accessorised so perfectly. Elegant, calm, and glowing.

The men’s category was conquered by Mubiru Hussein, a Registration Officer who understood the assignment and delivered with tropical precision.

His Hawaiian beach shirt in yellow and orange, decked out with palm trees, teamed with white linen pants, screamed “I do serious work but also take serious vacations.” Mubiru’s look was so refreshing.

Awards were handed out by the Registrar General herself, because who better? She pulled up in a Hawaiian floral jumpsuit, an orange throw-on, and a matching flower in her hair.

By the end, it was clear: URSB didn’t host an event, they hosted a tropical fashion takeover. And honestly? 10/10, would attend again.
